3 Spicy Pork Sausages

1 Large Walla Walla Onion

Tomato Sauce

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mozzarella

Fresh Basil

Salt

Aged Canadian Cheddar

Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick and place into large pan. Thinly cover pizza with tomato sauce. Use your hands to tear up basil and sprinkle over the sauce. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the pizza and place in oven at 385F for 10 - 12min, or until you see the crust begins to brown. While the pizza is cooking, pan-grill your sausages and Walla Walla Onions together. Once sausages are done, cut them into bite-size pieces and leave in pan with onions until everything is golden brown. When the crust is ready, take out the pizza and evenly put on sausages and onions. Cover the toppings with generous amounts of fresh mozzarella. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Take out, sprinkle grated Canadian Cheddar over top and enjoy. If you're not a fan of the oven, throw the pizza on the grill until crispy and golden.

Like to spice things up? Mix some chili flakes into the tomato sauce for added heat.

Tip:

Everything is better when you use fresh local ingredients. We used BC Pork Sausages, organic garden grown basil and local artisan cheeses. Use what's locally available in your area.
