Lime-Chile Mango

Imagine walking down the beaches Mexico. Peel a mango, stab it through the seed with a skewer, and slice the fruit into open petals. Squeeze a lime over the top, letting it get into the crevices. Sprinkle Chilito (Mexican spice) all over, if you don't have access to this, mix together the following ingredients and sprinkle over top:

1 Tb. sugar

¾ tsp. salt

¾ tsp. chile powder (preferably ancho)

1 pinch of cayenne

Zest of 1 lime
