Honey Roasted Balsamic Figs


Strongly suspect this is what heaven tastes like. 

8 Ripe Figs, cut lengthwise

1 large tbsp Honey

1 tsp org. Cane Sugar  

1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar  

Preheat your oven to 365F. Place the figs, cut side up on a baking tray. Whisk together honey, sugar and balsamic until mixed and sugar is dissolved. Drizzle the mixture over the figs and roast for about 15 - 20 minutes until soft ad caramelized. We love these served on a cold platter with meats, cheeses and olives.
