Honey, Lemon & Ginger : Winter Tea

Winter comes with sore throats. This prepared "tea" combination will help ease pain and coughing.   In a jar, combine 2 lemons thinly sliced, 3 tbsp sliced or grated ginger and fill to top with organic honey. Left a few days (on counter or refrigerated) it will form an infused jelly. To serve simply spoon the honey jelly into a mug and fill will boiling water.
