One of our favourites: A light and refreshing cocktail perfect for summer nights. Easy to make by the campfire.
3oz Cinzano Rosso
Soda Water, very cold
Shake the Cinzano over ice and pour into your glass, on the rocks if desired. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add in a garnish slice. Take the rind of your squeezed lemon and swirl it around the edge of your glass (optional). Keep your soda water in ice until almost frozen. Top off your Cinzano with the soda, mix lightly and serve. If making this by the campfire, keep all ingredients in the cooler over ice, mix and serve.
