Apple Cider Float With Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Pumpkin spice everything? We say Apple Cider Float. 

2 cups apple cider, homemade or store-bought, sparkling or flat

1 cinnamon stick, if served hot

1 scoop salted caramel ice cream, can be substituted with vanilla ice cream

Caramel sauce, garnish

Grated nutmeg, garnish

In a medium sauce pan bring your apple cider and cinnamon stick to a boil. Pour the hot cider into a float glass. Top with a large scoop of ice cream, drizzle of caramel sauce and grated nutmeg. If you wish to serve chilled, simply do not boil your cider and garnish the same way.
